Houston has seen some great growth on the Mini scale racing scene in the past couple of years. It all began with THRC about 4 years ago in  back room at M&M Hobbies. Setting up a small RCP track every 2 weeks with 10 or 15 regular racers coming out to enjoy the fun with minimum expense of  Mini Z racing. As things grew and 18th scale cars came on to the scene we moved to a new facility and HIRCR was born. HIRCR has been setting up larger RCP track since ranging in size from 25' x 35' up to 30'x45'. Pictures of our tracks can be seen elsewhere on this site.  Here we would like to share pics of some new tracks in the Houston area also catering to the mini scale class of racing. Between HIRCR and those shown below mini scale racing of some kind     (mini z, offroad, onroad, indoors or outdoors) is going on every weekend or during the week. M&M Hobbies located in Bellaire Tx , THRC and others have teamed up on this great facility. Racing every other weekend opposite HIRCR schedule they offer one of the best tracks around for mini scale racing. On-road, Off-road outside plus a Mini Z track indoors.
